スコットランドのハイランド地方出身で英国アカデミー賞受賞の脚本家兼監督。初の短編映画『The Making of Longbird』は、国際的な映画祭で30以上の賞を受賞し、2013年には英国アカデミー賞短編アニメーション部門を受賞。その後の短編制作においても脚本と監督を務めており、『Monkey Love Experiments』では共同監督のアインズリー・ヘンダーソンと共に英国アカデミー賞にノミネート、さらに『Have Heart』でも英国アカデミー賞にノミネートされた。現在は実写とアニメーションを組み合わせたドキュメンタリー長編を制作中。
Will Anderson is a BAFTA winning writer/director from the Scottish Highlands. Will’s first short film ‘The Making of Longbird’ won over 30 awards internationally at film festivals & received a British Academy Award for Short Animation in 2013. Since then he has written and directed other shorts including BAFTA nominated ‘Monkey Love Experiments’ with co-director, Ainslie Henderson, BAFTA nominated ‘Have Heart’, and is currently in production on a hybrid documentary feature project.
