The film proves that animation is the art form that creates a special kind of time and experiences it. The time structure of this film is multilayered, transversal, and nested. It is also interesting in that it makes us think about recognition itself. Even if we think we understand and recognize life with limited space, limited time, and limited audiovisual information, we have no way of knowing how far outside those limits we are, and it made us think about the possibilities of metacognition.
